I like to think it goes without saying that despite a lack of games this week, our usually heavy practice schedules continues as usual. Although, it’s not as if the world is having a slow week either. Samson has finally returned and that fiasco is thankfully behind her. Then Ajax abruptly leaves his team and the country? And to think I was starting to get to know him.
Oh, and there is that little article in Witch Weekly. I can only be modest to a point but I have to admit that I was terribly flattered when I heard about it. My mother is ecstatic. My brothers are seething. I really couldn’t be happier.

Despite that it has been some time since I left Gringotts, I still do get the occasional package of things from my old desk. I like to think that anyone with any amount of common sense would realize that I didn’t think it necessary to bring back every little scrap of paper. That there was a reason why I opted not to take all the quills with me. Maybe it would be perfectly all right to use the office supplies I left behind or even, oh I don’t know, throw them away? And really, really, is it necessary to send them as soon as they are found? This is the third owl to fly in bearing one solitary ink bottle. It’s starting to become a bit more than ridiculous.
As for owls, I suppose that does remind me. I do need to renew all my old subscriptions to the mags and send them to the new address. Quidditch and not. It couldn’t hurt to keep up on all the recent news, even if it seems it’s mostly gossip these days.
Game tomorrow. Contrary to my complete lack of exclamation points, I am quite excited. I can hardly contain myself.
